What Is the Difference Between Gymnastics and Rhythmic Gymnastics?

Well when I was younger, like when I was like 10 years old. I didn’t not know the different between gymnastics and rhythmic was. I asked myself what is the different. I thought to myself I asked people around. People told me that and that I was like don’t I just look up it on the internet. Oh, I said know I told myself. But I didn’t fully know. Well both of them are very unique and very artist and a lot of it is very much the same it a lot of balance between the two of those. and a lot of control as well as skill and lots of self-confidents.
Rhythmic gymnastics is very thing on the floor there is no beam, bars, but it does have the floor though and ribbons, ball, hoop, rope A lot movement involved going under and over. The man or the woman or kids or teenagers wear leotards to make there performing look very outstanding because without these leotards you would be able perform in the finals or the Olympics. It has a lot of flexibility you need to very strong to get these moves right takes a lot of skill. to get your body moving twisting it’s a lot of practice to get these moves right. While you’re doing these movements your holding the equipment in the air or down. like the ball you sometimes throw the hoop in the air with the ball its actually really cool to watch. How it goes in the air and spins and lands right into their hands again they have to have a lot of control. And be crazy strong. There are sometimes groups that do it together. You need to very accountable and count on your teams while they are doing it with you. There are like 6 to 5 gymnast that are in a group and. two woman or man that can go on onto the Olympics and the finals it all depends on your average of the score you got on the screen.
Gymnastics is a sport that includes exercise requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility. It involves using your chest, arms, legs, shoulders, back. It takes skill. Self-confident and self-discipline are the mental traits. In order to start gymnastics you need start of when you are 3 years old so that your body gets uses to skill and lot of movement in your body if you don’t start of when you are younger the body feel not as use to it. Because when you start late like 8 years it would be harder because your body is more developed. Gymnastics is not everybody’s thing. Some people have the amazing talent to do gymnastics. Man or Woman have it in their blood. The event while they are competing in the Olympics uneven parallel bars, vault balance beam and floor exercise. It’s so much p when you’re in gymnastics. You train so often. When your close to the Olympic season you need to wear a leotard while competition season is around that the judges and your coach to see your body line while performing your routine in the Olympics.
